Project X242 has just sailed off into the vast and uncharted waters of the planning process. We’re not sure when it’ll be back but we’re so looking forward to bringing this skinny wonder to life.

CHALLENGES:

  1. Council Heritage Overlay: City of Melbourne

  2. Super Skinny Site: some parts less than 3m wide

  3. Terrace Row House: hemmed in on both sides with a long, landlocked middle
