WIP: We’ve been on the roundabout with VCAT - don’t ask - but hope to be back on the road again soon. Looking forward to bringing this skinny wonder to life!

CHALLENGES:

  1. Heritage Overlay (City of Melbourne) that requires retention of a Significant heritage house front

  2. Super skinny site with some parts less than 3m wide

  3. Landlocked house hemmed in by neighbours built to the boundary for its full length
